Carindale Property Trust is a closed-ended investment fund/investment trust. The company is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales and currently employs 0 full-time employees. The principal activity of the Trust is the long-term ownership of approximately 50% interest in the Westfield Carindale shopping center, which is located in the suburb of Carindale, east of Brisbane. The Trust’s investment properties include shopping center investments and development projects. The Trust’s shopping center investment comprises of freehold and leasehold land, buildings, and leasehold improvements. The Trust's Westfield Carindale incudes event cinemas complex and a range of other retailers including approximately 380 specialty stores.
