Yes, you're right. Last week, there was the General Shareholders Meeting, so I'm now officially the CEO of KPN. And I'm very happy and proud to be part of this great company in the Netherlands.

And what's your view on the Dutch market?

I think it's a very interesting market for 2 reasons. Of course, it's very challenging. It's really very competitive, even more than some other European markets. But at the same time, it is characterized by the fact that it has very strong and solid infrastructures. And at the same time also, on digitalization, it's one of the frontrunners in Europe and in the world. So it's really compelling.

How did KPN perform this first quarter?

The first quarter was a good quarter. KPN strategy on convergence and value has delivered good results in the Consumer segment. In the B2B, there are good progresses in transforming the value proposition into becoming an ICT provider for customers. Financials of the company are very solid as well, and not only in the EBITDA, but also in the generation of the net profit. And this is also coming because of the further simplification and digitalization of the company that has very good results, not only in terms of quality improvement, but also in terms of efficiency and the way the company is delivering services.

What can we expect from you in the coming months?

They're going to be very interesting months. I'll be working closely and hard with all my colleagues and management team in order to understand how to accelerate the execution of KPN strategy, in particular when it comes to convergence, when it comes to B2B becoming a full comprehensive ICT provider, but most importantly, in understanding what are the different and further opportunities that we can get from further digitalization. One important area is how can we really improve the relationship with customers. Customers are at the heart of the KPN strategy. The second one is that how can we deliver the services we offer in the best way possible in a very efficient way. And the third one is what are the new services that can be launched in the market that can also improve our whole performance.
