Although we made good progress in gender diversity at the top management, we moved it from 26% to 29%, but it's still not enough.

Obviously, the invasion in Ukraine was the incredible impact on our colleagues, their families and people in general in Ukraine.

Big achievements.

There are many achievements, but I'm very happy with the fact that we are back at the #1 position in NPS in the Netherlands.

Well, I rediscovered a song of Muse called Uprising, and that I have played a number of times over the last couple of months. What about you, by the way?

That has to be the people in the Ukraine, our colleagues, who despite the terrible circumstances, kept on working with their colleagues, but also kept on working for their clients, which was fantastic. But I also have to say the people who also helped our colleagues in the Ukraine, of different countries, and in the end, all the people in ING who really made a big difference this year also in difficult circumstances.

Big step forward.

Continuation of the increase of mobile usage, making banking easier for customers. This year, we had 1.4 billion mobile transactions. That's an increase of 62% compared to the previous year.

Best thing we did for the planet.

That we continue to be a sustainability pioneer and helping our clients to transition, among other things, through sustainability-linked loans.

A big deal.

Well, everything is a big deal. But a very good big deal we did in the fourth quarter is for the Champlain Hudson Power Express, which is a transmission line from Canada to New York City transporting clean energy.

One thing I learned.

We should not take peace for granted.

Best feedback.

I get a lot of feedback. But I had feedback from Friends of the Earth to really try to develop ourselves from measuring climate change to managing climate change.

Difficult decision.

Closing the retail operations in the Philippines. It was inevitable, but it's still very impactful for all the colleagues involved.
